You must be at least 18 years old to commission me. By commissioning me, you declare you're purchasing my services as a legal adult.

You acknowledge that my work is digital only. There won't be any shipping of physical goods.

If you do not provide proper references, additional design fees will be added to the commission!

Payment via PayPal must be paid in full before I start the commission.

I may decline orders I believe are outside of my range of ability and also reserve the right to decline orders without any explanation. Read do's & don'ts below.

Once accepted, all commissions, regardless of difficulty, will take at most 3 months. The commission may be completed before that timeline, however, please expect that it will take a long length of time.

The prices listed are for personal, non-commercial, use unless specified otherwise. I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit. There are extra charges involved for commercial projects. Promotional illustrations, stream assets, cover art, or any usage that could earn revenue is to be counted as commercial. If you are unsure if your commission falls under personal or commercial, feel free to ask me!

Credit must be given to me, mayo.jpeg, or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased. Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given.

As the artist, I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the art in my personal portfolio & social media. Publishing and privatization of commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.

My art, whether commissioned, pre-existing, or future, CAN NOT be minted into an NFT by the commissioner nor anyone else. I also STRICTLY DO NOT authorize my work for use in artificial learning programs.

The commission will only be official and started after the upfront payment has been made.

I, as the artist, reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.

Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 3 months without progress. You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.

In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.

Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.

If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, I will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.

Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

Any edits can be made during the sketching phase, I want to ensure you love the finished result! Once the draft is approved, I start working to completion.

While working on the commission, I will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are also free to ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.

You are limited to 3 adjustments throughout the commission (not included during the sketching phase). Adjusting hues, adding extra details, etc. will count towards your 3 allotted adjustments.

Any further edits, or edits after the completion of the artwork, will be subject to additional fees.
